The EcoDaLLi project is proud to announce the official launch of the EcoDaLLi Portal, a dynamic digital platform designed to support collaboration, knowledge exchange, and stakeholder engagement within the Danube and Black Sea Lighthouse of the EU Mission “Restore our Ocean and Waters by 2030.”

The portal represents a key milestone in EcoDaLLi’s efforts to strengthen regional cooperation and accelerate the uptake of innovative solutions for water and ecosystem restoration. It serves as a central access point for stakeholders—including public authorities, researchers, businesses, civil society organisations, and citizens—to connect, access resources, and actively contribute to Mission objectives.

A comprehensive hub for knowledge and collaboration

The EcoDaLLi Portal brings together a wide range of information, tools, and resources in a user-friendly environment. It is designed to facilitate both information dissemination and active participation, ensuring that stakeholders can engage meaningfully at different levels.
Key features of the portal include:

• Stakeholder community space: Users can register and become part of a growing network of actors from across the Danube and Black Sea region. The platform encourages exchange, visibility of expertise, and the creation of new partnerships through its discussion forum.
• Project and initiative catalogue: The portal provides an overview of relevant projects, initiatives, and best practices aligned with the EU Mission. This enables users to explore ongoing activities, identify synergies, and avoid duplication.
• Access to EcoDaLLi outputs and deliverables: Stakeholders can easily access project results, reports, policy recommendations, and technical resources developed within EcoDaLLi and related initiatives.
• Knowledge base and tools: The portal hosts practical tools, guidance materials, and data resources to support decision-making, innovation uptake, and implementation of sustainable solutions in river basin and coastal management.

Supporting stakeholder engagement and co-creation

A key objective of the EcoDaLLi Portal is to support inclusive and participatory governance. By lowering barriers to access and providing tailored content for different user groups, the platform enables broader participation—including from municipalities, SMEs, and local stakeholders who are often underrepresented.
The portal is designed to complement EcoDaLLi’s engagement activities, such as Lighthouse dialogues, Living Labs, and policy interactions. It provides a digital space where outcomes from these activities can be shared, scaled, and further developed.
